The 1st grade family activity for Mrs. Walter's class will be changed from tomorrow to Tuesday December 14th at 2:40. A family member from each family is encouraged to come for students in Mrs. Walter's class!
School and buses will be 2 hours late tomorrow, December 6th.
Change in the MPS Winter Concert Schedule. The elementary concert (grades PK-6) will be on Thursday, December 9th, 2:15. The high school concert (grades 7-12) will be on Friday, December 10th, at 2:15.

21st Century students worked on creating paper snowflakes to decorate the school for the winter season! Look at all those cool shapes they created within their snowflakes!

21st century students worked on disguising turkeys tonight. Disguises included rainbows, basketball players, cartoon characters, camouflage, and even trains! Students finished this project by writing about what they disguised their turkey as and why these were good disguises.

The last night for parent teacher conferences is tonight from 4-7.
You can stop in to visit with you child's teacher or cal in to have a conference too.
**The book fair will be open during conferences.
MPS: We have a significant amount of Lost and Found items that will be placed in the hallway during conferences for families to retrieve any missing items.
**We encourage families to write their students name/initials on the tags of their clothing, so if lost, we can return it to the correct student.**

Conferences will be tonight and tomorrow night from 4-7. The book fair will be open for viewing and purchases during these times as well.
We would like to hear from all of our families to update you on how your students are doing! Stop in or call if you can’t make it out.
21st Century students made containers to get their turkeys safely from one end of a zip-line to another. Students first planned and designed their containers, tested their models, and then made modifications to improve their designs. Each student successfully, and safely transported their turkey across the zip-line!
