The Minnewaukan Public School is looking for substitute teachers for both short term and long term positions. In order to receive a interim substitute teacher license in the state of ND you need to have an equivalent to a 2 year degree. Substitute teacher pay is $125/day plus mileage and free lunch. Please contact MacKenzie Moen at 701-473-5306.

Chromebooks are due back today. Please send them with meals today or call the school for other arrangements if you need.

Please remember to turn in ALL Chromebooks and textbooks that have been distributed through distance learning by Monday at the latest!

Unfortunately, at this time, if you still have a Chromebook that has still not been returned we will be using GPS to contact law enforcement to retrieve them. You may turn into your meal delivery driver or bring to the school by Monday.

NATURE Camp 2020 information:
Students, grades 9-12 interested in joining NATURE camp 2020 please send an email to dan.tuhy@minnewaukan.k12.nd.us , john.lohnes@k12.nd.us , or lori.gourneau@littlehoop.edu to apply. NATURE camp will be done on-line with orientation at Cankdeska Cikana on the first day of camp. Students will need to have reliable access to the internet and a computer device with a camera (cell phone, laptop). The camp will utilize Google Classroom to deliver instruction. Camp is limited to the first 20 applicants. As in years past, there will be a $40/day stipend upon completion of that day’s activity. State guidelines for Covid-19 will be followed when students are on campus.

We will only be posting about lunches when there is something new we are sending out!
Lunch - Taco in a Bag - Heat taco meat for 30-45 seconds. There is also a nacho cheese cup instead of shredded cheese, lettuce is also included.

Ms. Hoffner’s 4th grade class had their last Zoom meeting today. This may not be the typical end of the year picture, but we’re lucky technology can keep us together even when we’re not. Many students are not pictured, but they sure were missed! ❤️
